"Nebraska: Flatwater is an immersive video installation created and produced by Gallery 1516. Using a system of twelve projectors to surround viewers in scenery, the exhibition invited people to experience the natural beauty of Nebraska. The visuals were accompanied with music and dance by Nebraska performers, including original compositions written and performed by David Downing and Darci Griffith Gamerl of Bel Canto Duo. Their unique and emotive sound provided a powerful backdrop to enhance the beauty of the Nebraska landscape."
